DA-FormMaker4.13 - Download

With DA-Formmaker you can quickly and easily create online forms and HTML forms that are sent to your email address with a single click. You don't need in-depth HTML knowledge and your webspace doesn't need PHP or CGIs! Colors, fields, settings - everything can be easily configured via the program interface. Many integrated templates for frequently used web forms including installation wizards are available. So contact forms, reservation forms, booking forms and appointment request forms can be created directly in a few seconds.

The forms have a modern design and are responsive. This means that they are also well displayed on mobile devices. The form fields of the internet form can be sorted as desired and can also be arranged in several columns (side by side).
You can define frequently used form fields as templates and insert them into new forms at any time. With the preview you can immediately see every change to the form.

The transmission of the Internet form data is carried out as HTML mail, plain text e-mail or in XML format. Several e-mail recipients can be defined.

PHP forms: Create forms that are completely made of PHP and contain all functions. No external script is needed. Just upload, done!

Thanks to the captcha spam protection (transmission of a security code), spam bots cannot misuse your forms for spam purposes.

With the export wizard and the FTP upload, the online forms are transferred directly to your web space at the push of a button and embedded in the web project. No matter if you use a homepage construction kit like Jimbdo, a CMS like WordPress or a web design software. With our export assistant you have the right solution.
