With DA-Formmaker you can quickly and easily create online forms and HTML forms that are sent to your email address with a single click. You don't need in-depth HTML knowledge and your webspace doesn't need PHP or CGIs! Colors, fields, settings - everything can be easily configured via the program interface. Many integrated templates for frequently used web forms including installation wizards are available. So contact forms, reservation forms, booking forms and appointment request forms can be created directly in a few seconds.
The forms have a modern design and are responsive. This means that they are also well displayed on mobile devices. The form fields of the internet form can be sorted as desired and can also be arranged in several columns (side by side).
